Today marks an important milestone for the Groupe Delachaux with the completion of the transaction leading to the departure of Frauscher Sensor Technology from our portfolio.
Over the past six years, we have had the privilege of supporting and working alongside Frauscher’s talented teams, whose commitment has strengthened the company’s position as a global leader in train detection and axle counting technologies.
As Frauscher joins Wabtec’s Digital Intelligence business, we are confident its teams will continue to innovate and advance the railway industry. For the Groupe Delachaux, this step further strengthens our family ownership and supports the continued growth of Pandrol, Conductix-Wampfler, DCX Chrome and Lenoir-Mec.
