Oxera announces today that it has further expanded its senior team in France with the appointment of Jean-Luc Guitera.
Jean-Luc has over 37 years of experience as a financial expert in a career spanning multiple disciplines. His expertise includes fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial disputes and international arbitration across more than 20 countries globally.
During his previous career with KPMG, Mr Guitera has been involved in more than 60 M&A transactions and has acted as independent expert appointed by both parties to determine the final transaction price in 19 transactions. As a financial expert, Mr Guitera has been involved in 58 international arbitration and has given oral evidence 40 times, in French or English. His industry experience covers, amongst others, the Aerospace and Defence Industries, Telecommunications, Mining, Construction.
Jean-Luc has been included in the Global Arbitration Review since 2014 and was selected as a Global Elite Thought Leader in in its 2020 and 2021 and 2025 edition. He has also been selected as one of the Global Investigation Review’s “Global Elite Thought Leader” in its 2020 and 2021 edition.
