At iSP we set our students up for success, now and in the future. Our bespoke Future Pathways programme guides students and their families to make well-informed decisions about their future beyond school.

We believe in helping our students to stay informed about the latest insights on future jobs and careers, leveraging our global network of experts, and supporting students to create a future full of possibilities.

Moreover, we don’t create a supportive learning environment just for students, we support families. We know that students get the best out of their learning when families, advisors, students, and schools work together.

This ensures our students leave school informed, supported, and empowered about their next steps. One of the ways in which we do this, is via our Future Pathways Festivals, most recently we hosted the festival at our schools in India.

iSP Future Pathways Festival: India

The iSP India Future Pathways Festival 2024 was a resounding success, providing students and families with invaluable insights into the exciting world of higher education and career opportunities. Held in August 2024, the festival showcased a comprehensive approach that included expert insights, supportive learning environments, and personalised guidance, to guide students and their families in making informed decisions about their future beyond school.

The festival this year was the biggest one in India so far, with each school hosting their own bespoke event and organised sessions. Each school created the event around a university Fair where students had the opportunity to connect with representatives from top universities and learn about their programs and admissions processes. As well as informative sessions in which experts spoke on a variety of topics that appealed to the broad spectrum of subjects students are interested in studying further.

“At iSP, our focus is to help to develop the world’s most curious and confident minds, and to ensure that students use these skills, to reach their destination of choice after school. The Future Pathway Festivals show how confident and curious our students are as they discuss different study options all over the world helping them to ensure that they make the right decision for them.” – Chris Kelso, Group Head of Student Futures

Manthan School hosted 186 parents, 440 students and 100 university participants for the event and even hosted 24 alumni students who now study at universities in India, United States and Europe. A great opportunity for current students to ask questions and gain further insights on their potential academic futures.

Overall, over 200 students, 174 parents and six alumni students from universities in India, Australia, UK and USA attended enabling unique networking opportunities where current families could gain valuable insights into various academic and career pathways.
