Oxera today announces the appointment of Pete Duell as a Principal in its senior leadership team, based in London.
Pete brings nearly two decades of experience in the water sector, specialising in regulatory strategy, business planning, price reviews and digital strategy. Most recently, he served as Head of PR24 Strategy at Anglian Water, where he played a central role in the company’s PR24 Price Review submission and subsequent engagement with Ofwat and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
During his career, Pete has led teams across a wide range of disciplines, including regulatory policy, investment planning, technology strategy and data management. He is known for his ability to translate complex regulatory and technical issues into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership teams and boards.
Commenting on his appointment, Pete said he’s ‘passionate about the opportunities within the water sector to achieve better regulatory outcomes through the application of technology and data science’ he went on to say that he’s ‘thrilled to be joining Oxera’s growing and ambitious team’.
