Después de varios proyectos asociados al sector de los seguros percibimos que se está viviendo una auténtica revolución silenciosa donde la IA juega un papel fundamental pero el cambio es estratégico y necesario.
Si hace apenas cinco años los riesgos que preocupaban a las empresas y particulares eran, en su mayoría, bien conocidos y relativamente predecibles, hoy el panorama ha cambiado radicalmente. ¿Qué son los nuevos riesgos?
Más allá de la aparición de un uso más eficiente de la Inteligencia Artificial y su capacidad para gobernar contextos cada vez más complicados de datos. También han nacido “Nuevos Riesgos”, de esos que no encaja en los apetitos convencionales, que desafía a las aseguradoras y exige respuestas inéditas, nuevas.
Este riesgo puede ser intangible, como un daño legal regulatorio o un ciberataque. O tangible y devastador, como una catástrofe natural sin precedentes ni histórico, tal y como ocurrió con el COVID mundial, la DANA de Valencia o los incendios en California. Estos nuevos riesgos ahora se “solucionan” como siempre desde pólizas (si existen, claro)… pero es esencial que esto cambie porque no es sostenible. Y cada vez habrá menos productos que poder integrar.
Hay que apostar por el compromiso de asumir un comportamiento seguro y permanente. Lo cortés no quita lo valiente, está claro que además de suscripciones se necesita una nueva cultura del riesgo… y esta exige un cambio de mentalidad entre los responsables de empresas y los propios particulares.
