Italian national Fernando Eduardo Artese arrived in Italy today, assisted by the Consulate of Italy in Miami. He had been detained for several days in the “Alligator Alcatraz” prison and then transferred to the “Krome” centre in Miami.

Another Italian citizen, Gaetano Cateno Mirabella Costa, remains in Krome: the Consulate in Miami, the Embassy in Washington and the Italian Foreign Ministry continue to follow his case and assist him in the proceedings before the US authorities.
