At Coleo, we believe that every discarded garment holds value. That’s why we partnered with Bàsquet Girona to turn textile waste into a bold example of circular fashion.
To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Bàsquet Girona wanted to go beyond the basketball court and build a deeper connection with their fans—by launching their very own sustainable fashion brand, BeGreat. Together, we created a circular streetwear collection made from recycled garments and deadstock, giving a new life to materials that would otherwise be sent to landfill or incinerated.
From Textile Waste to Urban Streetwear
BreGreat is not just a collection: it is a value statement.
Each piece in the collection was made using recycled materials, including over 800 kg of post-consumer garments, transformed into 1,500 new items—including t-shirts and sweatshirts—with 100% recycled content, and 50% textile-to-textile recovery.
A New Way to Build Brand Value
BreGreat connects with a new generation of consumers that want to dress in a meaningful way. The message is clear: it is not only about cheering for your team, but to generate a change in the real world.
For Bàsquet Girona, the project was a chance to connect with their community.
For Coleo, it was another successful case of turning circular economy principles into tangible results—and garments people are proud to wear.
