Last Friday, Abat Oliba CEU University held a welcome day for international students joining the university this academic year. In total, 118 students from more than 20 countries took part, including Germany, Mexico, Japan, the United States, and Italy. The event took place in the auditorium of the university’s new building and gave students the chance to get to know the institution, its services, and the support available to them during their stay in Barcelona.

A hundred international students begin their stay at the University
Last Friday, Abat Oliba CEU University held a welcome day for international students joining the university this academic year. In total, 118 students from more than 20 countries took part, including Germany, Mexico, Japan, the United States, and Italy.
The event took place in the auditorium of the university’s new building and gave students the chance to get to know the institution, its services, and the support available to them during their stay in Barcelona. It was also an opportunity to answer questions, ease integration, and build the first connections among peers.
The session concluded with a shared breakfast, a relaxed space where students could chat and begin to create a sense of community. With this welcome, UAO CEU reaffirms its commitment to internationalisation and to offering all its students a rich academic and personal experience.
