We hear from some of the We Star alumnae on their ICGEB Fellowship experiences in Trieste, Italy, New Delhi, India, and Cape Town, South Africa at the ICGEB Alumni meeting held in Trieste in May, 2025.
Funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – Directorate General for Development Cooperation, the We-Star Programme led to opportunities for women researchers from across the African Continent to work in the life sciences and biotechnology.
