The 2025 Agentic AI Hackathon has officially ended, marking another milestone in Fincons’ commitment to innovation and continuous learning.
Fifteen teams of Fincons professionals took on the challenge of designing Agentic AI solutions transforming the way of working. Each team, composed by colleagues from our US and India offices, demonstrated exceptional teamwork, skills and creativity in developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions, focusing on the importance of user experience.
The jury, composed by Technology Innovation Hub tutors and representatives from different company departments, assessed the projects according to evaluation criteria such as creativity, design and usability, case study coherence, use of technology and team collaboration.
And here are the winners:
- 1st place: AI WELCOME CREW – the winning team presented a project based on the ONBOARDING COMPANION case study, leveraging the company’s Knowledge Base to help new hires familiarize themselves with policies and ramp up on client projects
- Joint 2nd place: ECOGENX, THE REQUIREMENT HACKERS – respectively working on the GREEN CODING track, achieving QA goals through energy efficiency KPIs, and the REQUIREMENT INSPECTOR track, enhancing project requirements vs. code development gap analysis
- 3rd place: BRAINIACS – presenting a solution for PLANNER OPTIMIZER case study, enhancing project demand and HR collaboration through AI-Driven Data Analysis
