Abstract
Starting from November 2021 Prof. JIN has been inaugurated as President of Fudan University. Prof. JIN is Academic Leader of the Innovative Research Group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Vice President of the Genetics Society of China, and Vice President of the Chinese Society of Anthropology. He has served as editor-in-chief and editorial board member of more than 10 international journals, including Phenomics. Prof. JIN’s main research areas encompass genetic structure, origin and migration of human populations, genetics of human complex diseases and computational biology. To date, he has published more than 800 papers in international academic journals including Nature, Science, Cell, etc. and his papers have been cited for more than 44,000 times.
